At Waniya Healing, yoga is first and foremost practiced with safety. Proper alignment is the top priority and we never ignore the signal of pain.
These classes are specifically designed for each client. Adaptations are made so every unique body can access the benefits of yoga. Clients always receive a copy of the yoga flow used each session.
